Every year the HSO promotes a competition for Young Artists. It is a unique opportunity for musicians to perform with an orchestra, most of the time for the first time. Unlike most competitions, we offer complete freedom of choice of repertoire, which gives them the possibility to be creative and allows teachers to work with students in a more didactic way.

The Young Artists Concert is one of the highlights of our season and helps develop amazing local talents that are winning the world.

We are proud to announce that our Young Artists Program is turning 30 this year! We are excited to celebrate three decades of nurturing and showcasing emerging talent in our community.
